Terms of Service:

This agreement is held between Ynotservers.com and the Client (who buy services from Ynotservers.com). All registered customers of Ynotservers have electronically acknowledged that they have read this agreement and accept it.

Lawful Age & Authority to enter into contract
In order to have business relationship with Ynotservers, you’re required to be minimum of 18 years old. If you’re entering into this agreement on behalf of any entity, company or organization, you represent to us that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

Responsibilities of Ynotservers
Ynotservers agrees to furnish services to the end client. We charge in advance either for a month or for prolonged billing periods, subject to legal compliance of this agreement.

Changes to the Policy
Ynotservers or its affiliates might change this agreement/policies periodically. Ynotservers reserves the right to change the policies and agreement either with or without an announcement. The published ‘at-current’ copy of this agreement will be deemed as valid. You agree that you’ll read the policies as soon as we notify you through mail and follow the new guidelines specified on the policy and stay compliant.

Accuracy of the Information
The account information provided by each and every client will be manually verified by our account management representatives by using various tools. All clients who register for an account with Ynotservers are required to provide their accurate information. Accounts with nicknames, invalid postal address, and any other invalid information will be permanently banned from our platform without any refunds.

In case, if we’re unable to validate your account information ourselves, you might be asked for supporting documents (or even copies of sensitive government issued identity cards) which should be provided within a 24 hour window. If you take more than 24 hours to provide the bespoken documents, your account and its services might be suspended until we hear back from you. As soon as the validation is complete, all sensitive and non-sensitive documents will be erased from all our servers.

Approval of New Orders
Once the payment is received by Ynotservers, All orders will be screened by our Network Security Department and upon the sole satisfaction of that team, the order will be further pushed to provisioning lines. It might take upto 72 hours for the team to verify authenticity of the ‘New Server Order’ and subject to further delays in case of weekends or Government Holidays in India. We reserve the right to refuse providing services to any client with or without reasons.

Payments and Credits
We accept only Pre-Paid mode of payments. Payments shall be made via PayPal, Credit Cards or any other payment options suggested by Sales Executive. Pre-Payments and Client Balances (Often referred as Account Credits) are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis since by default no refunds are provided once payment is received. Many or our services incur actual costs to provision, therefore, this is why refunds are not automatically available or granted. Please do contact us if you have any questions. Our intent is to work with each and every one of our clients in a fair manner. Upon request, we will do our very best to accommodate your request and let you know what is possible (and why). Prepayments such as account credit are ineligible to be refunded.

Renewals
The Client is responsible to make payments before 1 hour from the actual server due date to avoid any issues that our automated systems might cause. In case, If payment is not received by the end of due date (IST), Appropriate service will be suspended. You’ll have 24 hours to make the Payment and to renew the service with a late fee of 20$. In case if payment is not received within the grace period (24 hours after suspension), We’ll terminate your service and we’ll delete all your data on the Server. No data can be retrieved from the Server once the service is terminated. If the Server is terminated for non-payment, The specified account will be imposed with a fine of 50$ and it should be paid within 7 days from the date imposed. In case if client doesn’t make payment for the fine within specified period, Ynotservers reserve the right to take-down the complete account of the client and refuse any further services to the client.

Prohibited Activities (Not Allowed)

Our services are highly flexible in terms of how they can be utilized, here is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities.

  • – Any illegal activities, illegal in your residing country.
  • – Utilizing services in a harassing or threatening manner
  • – Child Pornography
  • – Defaming any individual, or group of people
  • – Illegal IRC, Bittorrent or P2P
  • – Copyright or Trademark Infringement
  • – Utilizing profanity or threats when communicating with Ynotservers staff
  • – SPAM, SPIM, or SPIT activities
  • – Copyright Infringement and DMCA
  • – Excessive resource use that disrupts our network or other clients

Clients who utilize services in a prohibited manner may be subject to any of (or a combination of) the following:

  • – Warning notification (which requires acknowledgement)
  • – Service or account suspension
  • – Service or account termination
  • – Fees (termination, re-activation, suspension, clean-up, or abuse)
  • – Our cooperation with law enforcement
